Extraction Process Adelman offers two methods of water extraction depending on your needs. The first method uses a standard extraction wand. This method is extremely efficient and used primarily on hard surfaces or direct glued down carpet. The second method Adelman employs for water removal is power extraction. With this method, a highly engineered device, called an Extreme Extractor, rolls slowly over carpet removing close to 90% of the water from both carpet and padding. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to detach the carpet and dispose of the pad in-order to dry the structure. All carpet can be dried in place. Gone are the days of renting a moving truck and putting everything into storage waiting for the carpet and structure to dry. Our process is so efficient, Adelman guarantees that with the proper amount of drying equipment, the structure including carpet and pad can be dried within 3 days!
